  Mr Garvin has been very inattentive to RE transaction he was hired to support. he left on vacation without informing me and during the contract review process. this inadequacy and delay made the seller nervous and resulted in the transaction falling apart. Garvin is a money hungry attorney that is overbooked and slow in responding to a client's needs. DO NO RECOMMEND HIM!
