  PARTS I'm an old back yard mechanic, recently my son needed a bolt for his brake caliper, it was a dealer only item. Arriving at the parts desk at Garden State we were unsure of the exact one as the diagram was a little vague. The parts guy went into the shop and brought in a mechanic to confirm exactly what we needed. I've never ever had that kind of help from a parts desk. I can only imagine if they'er that considerate at the parts desk it reflects the whole operation. Kudos

  The most ignorant impolite unprofessional staff I have ever seen in my life.. All they care about is taking your money and that’s it they don’t know what they are doing or what they are saying... one person says something the other contradicts it.... my recommendation to you is to get your service done somewhere else and not with these ignorant money hungry people..

  Good service. I went their for my car's yearly servicing. Quick and easy process. Just make sure you put right address in you maps. Their show room and service center are at two different locations which are nearly 10-15 min apart.

  Competent and friendly staff. My car was serviced in a reasonable amount of time. I was able to wait for it in their little lounge area with free WiFi as well as complimentary coffee and bagels. I always have a good experience here, but I recommend going early in the day so it isn't crowded with people trying to go after work. Also, make an appointment to have your car serviced.
