  Although this company provides some fairly good aides the aides are paid poorly and are not necessarily fully trained in dealing with such things as dementia. You pay a premium price to the agency and yet if you hire an aide for night time that aide might very well be asleep on the job when they are supposed to be watching your loved one. The aides cover so many hours that I have seen them falling asleep during the daytime. Be very careful and vigilant when using this company.
