  Front desk staff and housekeeping are nice, but you have to hold your breath and walk through balls of dust and visible dirt to get to a room. Rooms are decent. Parking lot could have better lighting.

  Gross! This place needs to be inspected!! I was just attending a conference there and even the “conference room” was gross and smelly. The proctor had to get a janitor to spray the carpet with febreeze. Didn’t work. The elevators don’t work and there’s no way to tell because they didn’t put a sign. I was stuck on it for roughly 5 minutes and the buttons just stopped working!! Elevator began to move to 6 floor and doors opened finally! I went down to “concierge” and she said “oh” to me telling her I was stuck on the elevator with 3 men. Terrible.

  Photos are misleading, don't believe what you see!! Due to hotels around NYC being all busy, they raised their prices misleading on the PRICE/QUALITY: 1. Hotel entrance doors are broken 2. Elevators are all scratched 3. Carpets have black spots all over the halls 4. Room smell of humidity give nausea 5. Beds sheets have pen marks and sign of dirt all over it 6. Toilets are yellow 7. Bathroom is leaking non stop 8. Lights are falling and electric cables are visible Unless they do major renovations, don't ever dare to go there!!! You got warned, if you still insist to go, blame only yourself once you're there...

  The elevators smelled horrible. The bedroom carpet was damp. The toilet seat was disgusting and peeling. The shower water was freezing cold, not warm at all. The radiator dials were missing and made so much noise it was impossible to have it on while trying to sleep. The vending machines took our money, no refund after being told the water was sold out. Toilet paper was lacking, about a quarter of the roll left. Not enough tissue paper, about ten sheets left in the box. Hair and dirt in the bath tub. Towels smelled like mildew.

  Это самый ужасный отель,где я когда либо останавливалась. Грязно очень.В номере холодно,окно до конца не закрывалось (это в декабре) Ему требуется тотальный ремонт.Одеяла прожжены сигаретами.Ужас.
