::Chic, trendy cafe in downtown Colorado Springs with extensive vegan and gluten-free menu options. The vibes are great, the food is creative and delicious. Made fresh. You can tell your waiter gluten-free and vegan and it’s a typical request they are very mindful of. That won my confidence in them. The only tiny issue was them not being able to make me a Moscow mule. That was only slightly disappointing—and they brought a fresh lime hand made margarita and it’s all good! I ordered vegan green chili fries and it totally satisfied my pallet and felt like a splurge! It’s a large establishment—with bar, patio and restaurant indoor seating. Such a great experience! Check them out!

::Pretty decent place - well rounded with all of their selections. Modern clean atmosphere. Food was good, just not legendary. Worthy brunch drinks. Bakery items were excellent. Vegetarian and vegan options labeled, but not plentiful. Plate sizes vary. Do expect to wait for seating, indoor or out. Sunday brunch was about a 30 min wait for table of 4.

::I used to “like grilled cheese”, but it wasn’t something I would order over anything else. Today I decided to be “adventurous” (with one of the most well known comfort foods known to man) and try theirs- and this is the first one I have ever loved. I love sourdough, the soup was the perfect temperature, the cheese combinations were perfect and stayed nice the whole meal. The crust on the bread was also excellent. Their menu is huge, and they offer a wine and charcuterie event at 1500 and a beautiful dinner menu in the evening. It would take me several weeks to go through everything. It is on the pricier side, about $20-30 a person if you get a drink with you meal. But a great atmosphere, bakery selection, and more.

::Awesome breakfast spot! On the advice of our excellent server, Becca, I ordered a half order of the Mountain Man Hash and a half of the Pumpkin Bread French Toast. So yummy, both of them. Loved the attractive, up-to-date furnishings yet with a casual, comfy style. This place is a definite keeper for me. I will be back to try lunch (and dinner) as well. And will ask to be seated at one of Becca's tables!

::My favorite food so far in this trip. The corn beef hash was heavenly. With every bite I was making noises on how good it was. My husband told me to shut a few times… but every taste was better then the last. I can’t explain it… so make sure to try it out. The green goddess drink was also amazing and the right veggie and fruit serving to accompany the corn beef hash. My husband ordered something else that I can’t remember because the corn beef hash totally made me forget it. I will say that the honey chai was also a hit! A must try when you visit. Also they have a market. Lots of local items and pastries :)
