  Customer service leaves much to be desired.... walk in the store while business is slow and can't get so much as even a hello. Have to pull teeth and twist arms to get assistance. First time this happens is fine, second is annoying, third is frankly unacceptable.

  Great service, great selection. They are the only ones around here that stock advanced nutrients too.
