  Pay meter in the lobby is broken and obviously has been for a long time due to the extremely worn sign taped to it. So now that everyone has to pay by credit card at the gate upon leaving, we were stuck waiting to get out for 45 minutes! Not worth the cheaper price! Pay more money and don't get stuck in that nasty dingy parking garage!

  Been many times and always stuck on the top floor, also pretty dingy. Convenient though, right across from TD Garden.

  Garage has no organization and is the worst garage I have ever been in.

  Was stuck in there for over an hour then insulted by the attendant at the entrance. The employees are rude and incompetent. Please don't ever waste your money at this dump.

  Over an hour waiting to exit the parking garage after a Celtics game. Entrance is empty. Street is empty and yet no one moves. Will definitely not park here again. Save your money and headache and take the train in. What a joke.
