  Very comfortable and spacious waiting area. The front desk is friendly and efficient. The hygienist Olivia is warm, thorough and gentle. Dr. Ifill has a nurturing demeanor, took time to get to know me and mapped out a sensible treatment plan. Unlike many other dentists offices I've been to in NYC over the last 15 years, I felt cared for, not rushed through, listened to and not pressured or shamed. I love that the office offers implants and pediatric dentistry, services I'll be preparing for in the next years.

  Both Dr. Ifill and the oral hygienist Olivia had excellent bedside manner and made me feel completely at ease, explaining everything beforehand and putting up the screenshots of my teeth and X-rays and explaining what they showed. This was hugely positive for me. But my very first impression was when the receptionist, Anita, warmly welcomed me in and even asked if she could take my coat! I was a little flustered by that because I've become used to rough treatment in city offices. It set the positive tone for the whole experience.
