  I love this gym. The trainers are enthusiastic and attentive. Tate and Jamal always make a point of checking in with me every week to see how I'm feeling about everything, and to make sure I stay on track. The workouts are intense, but they change every 2-3 minutes so you keep pushing yourself because anyone can survive a couple of minutes. Then, before you know it, the 30 minute session is over and you're already looking forward to the next one. I noticed results after just a couple of weeks. I dropped several pounds, but more importantly, I began feeling stronger, more focused, and overall just better about myself.

  The 6-week challenge was a great experience. Jamal and Tate are excellent resources. Do not hesitate to ask any questions, everyone is there to help you succeed. Great Atmosphere!

  There are so many things I could say positive about this gym. The top one is the direction the coaches give you for your workouts . I have been working out for while now and switching over to this gym has given me a whole new approach that I never had before. The staff is truly so much fun it feels like a family instead of a gym.

  I love it! Be careful though it is addicting!!! I was planning on going 3 days a week and I am often there 4-5 times a week. It is definitely NOT easy but I think that is why I like it so much. The stuff is amazing people and always welcoming ! I'm mostly training with Tate and he ROCK! I always leave feeling inspired! Thank you !

  Jamal and his team of coaches are knowledgeable and professional. The atmosphere and facility is great. The workouts are quick and they have plenty of class times to be able attend the one that is most convenient for your schedule. The coaches do an excellent job of making sure everyone can keep up during each class. Never have to worry about an exercise been too hard since they will give you exercise modifications as needed. Parking is not a problem and location is easy to find.
