  The sales r gr8...the lines r ridiculous...was NVR like that w the previous salespeople...u always paid in the kids section..that station is no longer used..i live around the block...the new salespeople r young adults..ttlly ignore the ginormous 1 LINE THAT REACHES ALMOST OUTSIDE..THEN CERTAIN REGISTERS ONLY TAKE CASH OR CREDIT...i have been in that store since b4..during & after expecting my children..the salestaff has brought it down..i miss Magdalena & the ladies from 10 yrs ago!!😭😭😭

  Worst customer service ever, The manager, ohh boy, she’s very very rude, last 2 times I bough something I have to go back because they always forget to remove the security device, the by the way never goes on While leaving the store, so after getting home I have to go back and they give you attitude . Again, manager very rude, lines are long and they don’t seem to care and their employees are not trained well. And ppl wonder why big chain stores are going out bussiness. There’s no lines or rude employees to deal with when you shop online.

  This is a really great Gap it can get crowded but the people who work here are very helpful.
