  For 2 weeks now they have been unable to do returns and exchanges, This is unacceptable business practice's!!

  On Sunday, November 5, 2017 i had a very negative shopping experience. The sales associate in the children’s section was being very unkind and unfriendly to me and my family. The minute we walked in she was showing stress about my children touching the clothes and making noise. Kept looking my way and giving me dirty looks, and fixing every little thing my children touched seconds after they touched it. Felt like we were an inconvenience and not welcome there. When my wife went to check out she continued to be very rude, interrupt her, wasn’t willing to answer questions and arguing with her. Made a remark about a hat my daughter was even holding insinuating we were about to steal it. Sales associates like her either need to be trained again or need to be fired because frankly speaking it doesn’t make me want to shop at gap again. But i also know one poor sales associate isn’t representing the whole company, so I hope the manager reads this and will take action. If not I will be making a call to the store as well.

  This place was large for a Gap store, and had good variety in every section. I was slightly disappointed by the high prices, but then I did have a pretty small budget the day I visited. My biggest issue is that several employees kept giving me suspicious looks. No idea why they did this, but it made me feel pretty unwelcome.
