  Nicest park in Brooklyn. Very clean and I know why. My landlord owns the property and pays the taxes on the property. People, if your neighborhood is run down, cheezy, funky, dirty, unkempt, loud and unbelievable, who is to blame? Is it your relatives tearing down the place did the landlord forget the upkeep of the property or did he get sick and tired of fixing everything you tore down. Besides, if you aren't a working tenant, where is supposed to get the money for repairs?i.e. section 8, his housing,public assistance, projects. The government isn't obligated to take care of your block, you are, with your cash rent. The landlord just know a how to fix things. So if you feel rent is too high in NY don't bother moving anywhere without a college degree and something to offer your job besides a slip shod worker. It won't work in other states.🤐 take care

  Good basketball courts, Waaaaay too much smoke from people smoking weed. Lots of drug activity in the evenings. Be careful walking here in the evenings. Police seem ineffective or lazy around here.

  המקום נראה יפה. יש מתקנים לילדים, וכן ישנו מגרש כדורגל גדול עם דשא, מתאים לילדים ולמבוגרים. ישנם בדרך כלל הרבה אנשים. מקום נחמד להיות בו. וכן יש תאורה בשעות הערב
