  The place reeked of weed and the staff that day was very incompetent worst GameStop ive shopped in 15+ years

  I'm not a big video gamer but these guys are friendly and we'll tell you about upcoming deals and promos and they're always hunting for a discount or a better sale which is why I like taking my kids here.

  Not alot of variety at this location. We asked about the availability of a new game, the staff member gave us a weird facial expression, which was totally not necessary at all. Itsshocking one of the new staff had no clue about a game debuting in January 2018. I had to show it to him on my cell phone, he seemed clueless.Not impressed at all. The location is weird, not easy to find.

  I used to love this store. Now there is all new staff and they don't have any customer service skills. My son is 6 years old, he's indecisive like all little kids. Before they would let him try a used game before we bought it this way I don't have to come back and return it. Today I went in and asked the rep on the floor if he can try a used game before we buy it and blatantly said "no, you can't try games before you buy them" I have no idea how such people get hired. I would never go back to this game stop. There are plenty of other places to buy games
