  Staff consistently friendly, expert & willing to help. This location seems to have inventory problems occasionally, but otherwise a good experience.

  Phones aren’t working....specifically placed order online for pickup....got a confirmation email that is in store.....drive 39 minutes to store because of conformation email stating is in the store, get there and the half ass employee says....I was trying to call you to let u know it has defect.....why even send a conformation email? , you guys will be running out of business with people like that running the place

  This store sucks. They sold me a cracked game and won’t answer the phone for over a week. I am single dad with limited time to myself let alone time to run back to swap out a game.
