  Jonathan was super helpful today. This particular Gamestop usually has helpful people. Its also clean and easy to shop, well merchandised. The prices are good for used merchandise. I appreciate engaged people who care about their field, their profession. That is what you will get here, people who want to do well and want customers to leave happy. If you're a parent unsure about video games, go here, ask questions. You should leave with an appropriate choice for your child.

  Good setup and not too crowded. Staff was nice and helpful. With the other store on Beach St being so crammed and busy, you feel more open and able to talk to the staff at this store. They all have the same stuff so I would recommend this location over the other one if you don't like overcrowded stores.

  Hate this place. Worst place ever. Does not give out refunds. Going to boycott till they give refunds. Also crying and beating my self up. I should have rented instead of buying at this stupid store hate it hate it hate it hate it😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢

  Went to go buy the snes classic and waited outside way before the store opened. Staff was really nice and came out to ask what I wanted even though the store was not open yet. He wasn't aware of any consoles coming in that day and went to check. Provided enough info so I would not have to continue waiting for another hour before they opened since the console would not even be there yet. I was able to get the console eventually and really appreciate staff coming out to relay information outside of store hours listed!
