  Sold me a copy of P5 that was already opened, yet still somehow marketed as "new". I know this is GameStop business practice, and I hate it and is worthy of a 1 star rating

  Went in to buy a Xbox one and he told me he had one in the back with a few scratches on it but it functions perfectly fine for 40$ less. Once I get home and turn it on it starts making a horrible noise and the disc tray does not work at all. They clearly never even tested it, I would have went back and returned it but I didn't have the receipt anymore. $240 down the drain. They also gave me $14 for my Xbox 360 in perfect condition with a bunch of games.

  Previous employees and manager, made this store awesome(personable). Things have changed recently since new management :(
