::Horrible customer service. You know it’s bad when even other game stops say that the game stop in fresh meadows is grimy. The queens center mall and bay Terrance locations are a way better option.

::There were no issues. I came in, asked if they had what i wanted, bought it, and left. They didn’t even ask if i wanted to join an annoying club.

::The “customer service” here is non-existent and they’re all pretty clueless. You should be able to tell when a person is on line waiting, but instead they avoid all eye contact and even let other customers cut you because they have a product ready to purchase in their hands. Avoid this store. Wish the one on Main Street remained opened and this one closed.

::Very helpful. Extremely respectful young men in the counter & they take the time to answer your questions when you need help. Got the plug & games I needed. I give them credit working in the hoildays with the long line & keeping things in order.

::Live 5 min away, and have been here multiple times. Just walked out today after waiting in line for 15 minutes for a gentleman to trade in 4 consoles and 20+ games for credit, with only 1 register open. The guy behind the register was handling it very well and doing his best to work quickly. There were at least 7 people waiting behind him, and 2 OTHER Gamestop Employees literally 2 ft away from the line alphabetizing Used Xbox One Games. We asked politely if they could open a second register and the employee said "no, you have to wait for him." If your goal is to sell more used games and meet the theoretical quotas we read about online, you may want to prioritize a line of people trying to buy things. Myself and a few other people walked out as the few bucks I was going to save definitely was not worth the time waiting. Ordered online for the same discount.
