  It's okay however I dislike the return policy.. Well it may just simply be me .. however I purchased a controller for my Xbox One it had a few issues within 4 days. The price was at $149.99 original price was $159.99.. So when I payed the total cost was simply the same. I mentioned that I wanted another that they didn't have in stock. So I had issues with it and when I returned it for another I had to pay more because hY went to its original price. So dumb but anyways don't put the controller box and say its out of stock.. Take it off the shelf because you haven't had it for weeks....

  Their customer service is good. They have used and new consoles a lot of games for any console.. As well as used phones and even gaming chairs well at least one that i have seen.

  I like how they have more items, like toys and collectibles noe. However if there's a line, it could be kind of a long wait. The workers are helpful and do spend time with each customer to help them fully.
