  Employees are VERY nasty & they don’t open at 11 when they say they do.

  I'm A Normal Customer At This Location. Recently, Just Had A Bad Experience, Where I Couldn't Do A Trade In, And Instead Of Helping Me Further For Any Purchases, The Associate Just Moved On To The Next Customer, And Did Not Ask If I Was Finished. I'm Waiting To Recieve A Call From Corporate. I Never Got Treated Like That, Before At This Location. Usually Very Nice, Considerate, Friendly, And Knowledgeable Behind Products.
