  We go here often, it our usual stop for games. On one trip we purchased a used video game controller, we I got home, my one asked me to open the package for him. As soon as i opened the package, I noticed a heavy odor of marijuana. It was pretty strong, even my son noticed and he was sitting about ten feet away. He did know what it was, he just said that something stinks (in his words). I used a rag with soapy water and a sanitary wipe to get the smell off. I didn't give them 1 star because they're always courteous and helpful and this was the first time I've had a negative experience there.

  This store has become easily one of the best customer service experiences. Every single employee has always shown a genuine kindness and willingness to help. Austen even more so goes above and beyond to make sure everyone's needs are met and you can tell he actually cares about the experience people have. Through either luck or just getting to know me, all the games they have recommended have ended up awesome and they always know which deal to let me know about so I get the best stuff. I am grateful to be so close to such an amazing team and even more grateful that I get to work with Austen so often.
