  I came in to do an in store pickup. The girl working was so nice and helpful! I wish I would have gotten her name because she was pretty ANYWAY I'm getting off track😂 But we just started talking about what games we play and what about those games pissed us off and it was amazing! It didn't feel like a transaction, it felt like we were just friends laughing and talking! Definitely coming back to this store from now on!! Perfect experience!

  Called like 5 times within one hour spaced out.. do you think anyone could pick up the phone? No.. horrible customer service. Will go out of my way no to give this store my money. Just had a quick question.. UPDATE: I changed my one star to two stars, after vigorously calling nonstop and thankfully someone answered.. a very kind female at the store. She saved you from that one star..

  Honestly I have had extremely frustrating experiences when it comes to redeeming GameStop promotions at this location. They don't seem to have any knowledge of their own promotions, and virtually play dumb when I try to explain what I'm trying to do. I won't go back to this location, I've had better experiences at other GameStops. And no this isn't user error, they're just incompetent. I used the TellGameStop portal to log my complaint, but received no response. So bad review it is.
