  Got games when I was 17 but next day the same person told me I had to go to get my wallet and I came back then they said I had to be 18 lol waste time

  Worst customer service ever.. 2 associates working, I waited in line 10minutes, it was me and one other customer. All I wanted to buy was a Minecraft game fr my son's Xbox one. I'd rather go spend my money somewhere else at least where I can get some service. The woman associate just acted like I wasn't even there but kept answering phone calls to help other customers on phone. Smh
