  Me and my fiance came in to get an Xbox One bundle. The clerk kept trying to up-sell us on the exclusive bundles that we really weren't interested in. We wanted either the Halo 5, or Battlefield 1 500 Gb bundle (White). After being told that those weren't in stock and the more pricier models being somewhat forced, we were about to leave and cut our losses, because it wasn't what we wanted. Eventually one employee kind of peeked over the shoulder of the other and looked at the computer and told us they did have the BF1 bundle we were asking for. We got it, but It was a bad experience. Two tips: 1. If someone asks for something you have, offer the others but definitely inform the customer that you have the one they are asking for as well. Don't force anything. 2. Don't put boxes for products you don't currently have in stock on display. I don't go to GameStop unless I have to, the service is rough. ***Update*** Made the mistake of returning to this store. It was supposed to be a quick stop in so I could pick up a cheap headset for the time being (I knew the exact headset I wanted, Power A brand and only costed $11. Got stuck with the manager (same guy that lied about the Xbox a year ago) telling me that the headset sucks and will break in a month, meanwhile trying to upsell me to the $100 headsets when I'm so clearly looking for something cheap and temporary. The headset works great and I've had it for months, it's my go to when my wife is using my headset or any time I couldn't use my hyper X. Not to mention the headset came with a year warranty. But, nice trying to pressure your customers into buying what they don't want so you can meet whatever commission goals.

  They have the nicest staff and always help me find the right game. If they don't have it in stock, they'll order it for you on their website and have it shipped to your door if you want (Note, you'll have to pay for shipping, just like every online order just to make it clear for those that might be confused). This might be the closest GameStop from my house but I enjoy walking in there every time. I'm even thinking about picking up Skyrim for the PS4 today.

  I live very close and am trying to get a job here due to the amazing staff and passion for video games. The associate known as Jordan is very friendly and informative with video games while also making sure to get you taken care of quickly and checking to see if you need any help picking something out. Definitely recommend a visit here
