  If I could have put in 0 stars, I would. Terrible customer service. No regard for the line or how long someone has been waiting. They just let anybody who walks up skip the line. So if you’re looking for a quick in and out at least you know you can put a middle finger up to the customers who formed a line. Seriously hope these guys are without jobs ASAP. Hope they had fun cleaning my spit off their windows and floors.

  This game stop doesn't care about its customers at all. I called today because there was 12 inches of snow on the ground, to make sure they were open. The man who answered the phone sounded like he didn't want to be there, so when I proceeded to ask if my xbox was at the store I ordered it to, he saI'd yeah. I say I'm coming to get it now, to which he replies "now are you serious bro?" I said yeah I can't go through the storm with no games then he hung up. I drove one hour in this snow storm in my civic (causing serious damage to my car) to arrive there and see a closed gamestop, with the same gentleman I spoke to in front trying to shovel his truck out. I spent 2 hours shoveling my car out and one hour driving to get there. I ask what's going on, and he just replies there nothing I can do. I am furious with this store and I would like everyone to know that there customer service is completely unreliable.

  Employees would not take 5 minutes to do trade-in because I came 20 minutes before closing and they had a lot of work to do after store closing.
