  They will sell u a game for $60 but will buy the same game back for $2.50

  Called to figure out if they were doing a midnight release and got no answer. Called back ten minutes later and still no answer. Waited another ten minutes to call, and this time the person on the other end picked up the phone and then hung it up. Awful customer service. Learn how to answer a phone.

  My favorite GameStop. All the employees are really nice and help with whatever you need. Highly recommend!
