  Posted an sales ad, but can't honor a certain product because they didn't bring in enough stock to live up to the ad in the first place. Extremely disappointing - especially after being provide assutnace by an employee on a prior day.

  If you are looking to buy a game this is the place to go. The staff is very game-knowledgeable and attentive. Of course if they are busy they seem to have a harder time getting to everyone but on non-busy times they are the kinds of people whom you can just hang around and talk games. For those whom don't know their game material they are still very welcoming. Sweet to adults and children alike- no need to be shy there! Any questions they will answer. Beats going to a super store any day in my book.
