  Great store and incredible staff. The staff is well informed about most games and has given me awesome recommendations for games and products. I live in Uptown, but I prefer to go to this GameStop since the store is larger and a lot less cramped. When the Uptown GameStop gets busy it can be difficult to move around and shop because of all the people and the amount of displays on the sales floor. Another reason I prefer this location is that the Uptown location isn't able to give cash back for trade-in value. Even though I prefer this location, I still give to Uptown store 5/5 stars as they have an awesome staff as well.

  After politely declining to buy a membership after the first offer, I was harassed for the remaining few minutes of my game-buying experience by both store employees for choosing not to purchase the membership. I very rarely buy games in-person, and have neither the need nor the desire to have a GameStop membership. This experience all but guaranteed that I will not be returning to this store in the future.
