  The staff was friendly and offered help and were helpful. On the GameStop app, I was given a trade offer price that was wrong. One of the employees offered me a offered me a power up rewards pro card for $9.00 and introduced me to all the benefits of it.

  Amazing Gamestop. Amazing staff. Always helpful and more then knowledgeable about video games. Even if they haven’t played it yet, they’ll let you know what they’re opinion is on it and always give you an 100% honest answer. I recommend for any video gaming needs !

  NEVER come here for games/preorders they will always give the most horrible attitude and treat you different than others. My story. Came to this GameStop for the DB FighterZ preorder Dude said gotta preorder again I replied ok I also wanted to trade in a game and also have two coupons Dude gave the worst face and didn't wanted to accept my coupons, luckly other dude who also worked there came in clutch and worked it out. Now that I have the game Regular edition he didn't even give the little figure that comes with the game while my friends WHO ALSO HAVE THE REGULAR EDITION gave them figure. I just don't get it why do u have to treat me different.

  I went to buy a head set at 8:40 pm , I left the store at 8:50 because I didn’t have enough money ( I live 5 minutes away literally ) , I called at 8:55 and explained that I’ll reach the store at exactly 9:00 (closing time) to buy the headset and the man said to me with this disgusting poisonous attitude that “he’s tired and wants to go home and he will not wait the 5 minutes for me to purchase it ” .... 5 extra minutes ...would kill you??? Disgusting truly. Now a little kid isn’t gonna have a present. Good job you lazy bum. I worked at restaurants all my life. If Someone comes in 10 minutes before for a meal. U sit the man down and let them eat. Learn some courtesy. Horrible customer service.
