  The staff really isnt helpful, if you know what you want its easy to go in and out pretty quick. Never any long lines and overall good experience going here.

  I purchased a Nintendo 3ds system from a GameStop branch while I was in the city. This GameStop is my home location, the system was defective so I wanted to exchange it today the salesperson was very rude he didn’t know how to process an exchange and told me I needed to go to the location I purchased the system from in order to process I told him that’s not true I can do it at any GameStop, he refused me service so I had to go to the GameStop that was on Ralph avenue to have the exchange completed. They told me what the guy said was false (clearly because I didn’t purchase the item there and they had no problem processing my exchange) don’t go to this location if you want good customer service.

  Few blocks from the last stop on the L train. Knowledgeable gamers help. Can get a little crowded on a new release but plenty of stock.
