  It's 10:15am and the store still isn't open, I'm about to go to Target to get 'God of War', get it together GameStop.

  It's a GameStop, sooo....yeah. Customer service kinda slow if you need it. But they sell games and stuff so...yeah. Staff was friendly enough to me.

  I've had pretty bad service here, and it just doesn't make sense to frequent this place. Yes, they have decent sales on used games, but don't expect to get good value for your trade-in, unless you go during very specific "bonus" windows. The day I went to this location to pickup my pre-paid Xbox one x, they only had one staffer there, and it took over an hour to get through the line. There was a manager there who left, as opposed to opening another register and getting people helped. It was a bad look! I would recommend pre-ordering from other larger GameStop's -- specifically Union Square, where the employees were super surprised they didn't even have a midnight release for the Xbox One X -- if you must use this chain.

  Bought a “refurbished” ps4 at this location. When I tried to turn it on, remote, remote charger, and hdmi cord were all broken. Luckily, the park slope location was able to help me out. 0/5 stars....not impressed.

  Slow and horrible wait times. There is usually only one or two register opens but even if there was a 3rd one open it wouldn't matter. Doesn't matter what time of day you come in but there's always a long line. Today I waited almost 10 minutes in line before I gave up and left. You'd thing the guy walking around with the table would open the register so people can actually do business.
