::Customer service? Not much of that here. Was sold download instead of boxed game I wanted. No refund, no exchange, and a "screw you old man" look to top it off. l'll be going to any 'other' GS store in the future. This store could take some lessons from the N. Collins store staff in regards to explaining dlc vs box purchases... as well as overall customer service.

::The people here are not bad. They do the best they can with all the customers. It can get super busy sometimes but otherwise it's good. Their prices are not the best around and most likely higher than online like Amazon or others but if you want/need it today then it's a great place to go.
