  Love GameStop. Always a pleasure taking in all the latest in video games and pop culture memorabilia. The staff here is super friendly, there to help, if needed, but also cool with people browsing. They have a nice clearance section. The store is neat and clean, though a tad crowded... very intimate. Plenty of parking in the area. Way fun. Check it out!

  Poor selection for older systems ! No gamecube games ! Sell ds games without cases !

  Under new management, and clearly for the better. Geno the manager treated me exceptionally well when I went through the process of buying my PS4. I gave him every reason to get annoyed with me, but he was extremely helpful and courteous. I bought a PS4 slim, but after a week I came into a couple hundred dollars unexpectedly and wanted to upgrade to the Pro. No problem for Geno. I bought the star wars edition, but reconsidered before opening it and wanted to trade it in for the original one. Again, no problem for Geno. I know that many gamestops have a bad reputation for their customer service, but it’s clear to me this manager and his staff are committed to going above and beyond. The other folks who work alongside Geno are also helpful and pleasant to talk to about games and the like. I can’t recommend this store enough. I hear the old management had a poor reputation. If you had a bad experience in the past, I recommed giving this place another try.

  This place is awful. Avoid at all costs as they will try to scam and nickel and dime you. It's a little bit farther, but the Richfield location is much better.
