  Traded in some games to pick up gta v because mine recently broke. The manager Sam that runs the store is always professional and does a great job. But the girl they had working the front desk was incredibly rude and continued to make rude comments in the middle of my transaction and I had to tell her to please finish my transaction so I can go home. she was incredibly unprofessional and I highly suggest you go somewhere else unless you like people talking down to you while you spend money in their store.

  Unprofessional clerk yells at us "screw Tom Brady" with about 12 people in line after us as we were being helped by a different more professional clerk. No, screw you GameStop. WON'T BE BACK, EVER!!!

  Dan held a thing for me while I drove for an hour. The mall closed early and he said that if we got security to let us in, he could still sell it. We got security to let us in and he said no because his till was closed. We asked if we could pay cash and he said yes if we have it. We told him we have it and suddenly he couldn't take cash. Not cool Dan, not cool. Will be calling back to complain to his manager.
