  Bought an Xbox 1 X yesterday and the guy John helped me out a lot. Wasn't sure which one I should get and he was able to advise based off of what I'll be using it for. Thanks for the help.

  I went here recently to take advantage of the 60% trade in offer. I took 17 games in and ended up with over 300 store credit. That's irrelevant to the review, but I just wanted to say the young female manager was very helpful to me. Her name escapes me at the moment but I can tell she was working very hard. There was an issue where they forgot to scan Battlefield 1 and I only netted 16 games on the trade in. I thought it was going to be a problem to get the 1 game plus 60% bonus to the trade in after the transaction was already done, but she helped me out like a pro no problem and was very apologetic. All in all, I recommend this store and if there is a negative review on here they are probably impatient or have improper expectations. You can't return opened consoles, don't know what people are thinking.
