  DO NOT waste your time here. I will gladly take the extra few minutes and go the gamestop in Danbury instead. Me and my wife recently came in to purchase a used game, the snobby attitude was enough for me to walk out. For convenience sake is the only reason we decided to shop here as it was a sunday and Danbury is farther. After we are rung up on the register the man makes an unauthorized mark up or pre-order for a game on a system we don't even own on our purchase that is supposedly " saving money " when we did the math on the gamestop app prior to going in and they charged us more than what our trade in's were worth. They also claimed that gamestops app was inaccurate when I have been to gamestops everywhere else in the country and it has never been wrong before. Not only that as I stated above, they pretty much forced the promo on us making us pre-order a game for a system we don't even own when we could have easily had store credit instead again trying to imply it was saving money all for the sake of their measly little bonus or even worse possibly money laundering with the extra money we paid toward our purchase. The attitude towards my wife was very sexist, as if they thought neither of us knew what we were talking about when we have shopped at gamestop for years and have been gamers since childhood. Gamestop corporate WILL be hearing from us and I will be calling a lawyer on this issue if nothing is done. DO NOT EVER come here you could possibly be next and I do not want to see anyone else taken advantage of. Luckily for us it was a small amount of money and not a console purchase. They also tried saying we can disregard the pre-order we made and use it on another pre-order purchase, now we have to go through a whole process just to use this " store credit " and it's only for pre-orders. What if we wanted a different product like a used game or other goods? To make matters even worse the game we bought DOES NOT WORK! I know alot of you are parents trying to get a good gift for your son or daughter but please heed my words DO NOT shop here and take the extra few minutes in Danbury or even Poughkeepsie. These men are sleaz balls. One of the men's name was robert both of them had bowl cuts and glasses can't miss them I would advise walking away if you did not heed my words and they are working.

  Been going here since I was young. Got many good games and many bad ones also. Pop vinyls gotta love the pops man.

  We are well known at Gamestop!!! My two son's love this place and the employees are super helpful to me and my kids! Always helping me save money or earn more in trades. I love it!
