  Store associates are kinda helpful, but good luck trying to get them to answer the phone!! Never!! They never answer

  Claude was super helpful and made me feel like a valued customer. Assisted me with 2 console tradeins and explained everything perfectly. All was reasonable and by the end we wound up just chatting away!

  Decent game selection and a great manager but some of the employees wont take no for an answer about pre-orders or the silly game card they try to sell you. Wish they would train them that no means not interested and i don't want you to pressure me for another few minutes about it.

  I just love love love the costumer service at this game stop! I went there on Black Friday and they were the only one who still had what I was looking for. They took their time and answered all my questions. They were friendly and courteous and knowledgeable.
