  Treated me like I was a criminal for trying to return an Xbox One controller that was not working properly. Said it couldn't be the controller, as it was brand new (Like brand new items can't be broken). Tried to tell me it HAD to be a problem with my Xbox, and asked me to wait on returning the controller until I got my Xbox checked. Well, the time it would take to do that would put me past the return period on the controller. I insisted on an exchange, and havent had any problems with the new controller. Guess it wasn't my hardware....

  Workers are nice, but the company sucks. Their "no cash return" policy is ridiculous. I understand they need to make money like any other business. But when you sell me something that doesnt work. I (or we) should get our money back.

  Great staff!! Made me comfortable enough with their knowledge to ask about my other console sitting at home. Very good experience!

  Staff is nice and prices are decent if you're buying... But a lot of the same prices for things that you'd see at GameStop. As far as selling goes... You will hardly make much so don't expect them to pay a decent amount for what you have.

  Nice place with a lot of options for a decent price. Staff always helpful and friendly. Better than GameStop.
