::Gas prices are much higher than most other gas stations within a couple of miles generally about 25 cents per gallon accross all grades. But this has been their pricing model for many years as they are convenient to the beltway and have no competition. If you are getting your car inspected check in with them as they offer a drop-off service for inspections so you might be behind several parked cars when you see no line.

::I've been going here for years for oil changes because I usually use a Groupon. However, due to recent change in management, this place is no longer trustworthy. I took my car in for a routine oil change, and the manager comes back with my dirty air filter asking if i want to change it. I asked how much does that cost? and she responded with $20. I figured that was reasonable. However, after ringing me up, my total came to $40. They charged me an extra $20 for installation fees! Why would you say it was only going to be $20 for a new filter and not mention installation fees? Shady business. I will no longer be taking my car there.

::The new manager Mary is horrible customer service and technician. I greeted to the both manager and technician they didn’t even reply. They should be one would say “hi, welcome or how can help today”. They are extremely rude. I went to the store repair my tier I bought them several months ago and the manager singed paper “ free repair” but the new manager ignore it and told that the old manager left because he lowered the price. I asked her tell me how much you would charge for the replacement 30 minutes ago. She didn’t answer my questions for 30 minutes. After half hour she replied me with very expensive price and I told her I didn’t pay that price just few months ago and she didn’t give any explanation. I have been customer for this store since 2015, used to oil change, purchase tire, brake replacement, other maintenance without any issues. But from this moment I decided not going back any Exxon Mobile store. Especially this one. I have never such horrible customer service oriented so called manager. I wish Exxon management will contact me for more information.
