  This desk staff needs customer service training. Rude and passive aggressive. What should have been an easy transaction was made difficult because of their poor attitude and abrasive manner. The warehouse guys were very helpful, friendly and kind though. Grateful for their help. I hope this is only a reflection of these individuals that run the desk and not the whole business. Treat customers how you want to be treated.
