  I walked into Galaxy Servicenter with an HTC One S that has issues picking up the T-Mobile network on my pre-paid plan. I had taken the phone to the local T-Mobile store and the reps there couldn't even figure it out. One of the managers Edwin took a look at my phone, and in a short while figured out what was wrong with it. He made some adjustments in the settings and my phone was finally able to pick up the network. . Very friendly and knowledgable staff, even on the latest devices, and a convenient local Tarrytown location. Thank you Galaxy Servicenter!
