  Brittany Davis gave excellent information. She was outstanding and was the true meaning of customer service. When the call first started I was upset and wanted to cancel my policy ,but because she had empathy and took her time to explain to me the break down of the increases. I chose to stay. Please keep more employees like her ! She delivered and went above and beyond for me and I appreciate that. The company produces excellence and it showsl!!!!!! keep it up

  Esta compañía no es nada fácil contactarlos y mas cuando tienes un accidente estuve marcando y marcando y asta ahora no los e podido contactar despues le echan la culpa a uno q porque no les marca al instante q tuve un accidente

  Gainsco ins company is the worst insurance company ever! Every time I call to speak to someone I get hung up on or have to hold for an unreasonable amount of time and then get hung up on and because of that I have never spoke to anyone at that company. After having so many issues with them and no one responding to any issue I canceled the policy and was sent to collections about a month later, they never sent a bill to notify me that I had an outstanding account. I do not recommend this company to anyone! GAINSCO ins company es la peor compañía de seguros! Cada vez que llamo para hablar con alguien no contestan o me dejan en espera por tiempo excesivo y luego cuelgan en y debido a eso nunca he hablado con nadie en esa empresa. Después de tener tantos problemas con ellos y nadie responder a cualquier problema cancele la política y fue enviada a una agencia de colecciones de alrededor de un mes más tarde, nunca han enviado un bill para notificarme que tenía una cuenta pendiente. No recomiendo esta compañía a nathien!
