  very rude customer service!!!!!....the driver was 4 hours late, dumpster was in terrible condition, with big holes in the floor. I had to cover it with plywood so nothing would fall through.

  I highly recommend GAETA . They were extremely helpful in determining my needs for a proper container for a basement cleanup. The employee that handled my order was knowledgeable and efficient. The driver was most polite. All in all, very happy with this experience.

  wow woman that answers phone is very rude. must be owner's wife or mother because there's no way a normal person would hire her.

  Terrible customer service nobody on the same page they picked up my container mistakenly and charged me 150$ to bring it back what a joke luckily they are not the only act in town!!
