::This store is horrible I called before hand to see if I would be able to return a Christmas gift to the g star in Livermore since it is closer to my house upon doing so I spoke with a gentlemen over the phone that advised me the stores were separately owned but I could come into the SF store where the item was purchased for a return I showed up to the the SF location with a new unused bag that I received as a gift which was purchased two days prior accompanied by the receipt for the item which was paid in cash once I asked for a returned I was hassled by both the employee and manager that I would only receive store credit then the manager continued to say he would issue me a refund ahh great I said only to have him return to say he would only issue me a refund if I payed by card which makes no since normally it is the other way around bottom line I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS STORE AGAIN. THE STAFF HAS NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING VERY INCONSISTENT RESPONSES YES NO MAYBE SO STORE CREDIT CASH IDK. AVOID THE FRUSTRATION AND AVOID THE STORE. OVER PRICED DENIM WITH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am glad I am not the only customer who was frustrated with this policy read other reviews for yourself. Hopefully the franchise owner of this store addresses this issue. It's 2016 people return things stop being greedy and get over it. YOU WILL CONTINUE TO LOSE BOTH NEW AND RETURNING CUSTOMERS BASED ON THIS POLICY. Probably why the store was completely empty when I walked in during the afternoon during Christmas season. Just some food for thought.
