::I've used them for the last 6 years. They've never done great work, but for the price I endured it. My wife refuses to use them because everytime she takes something to get cleaned, it never really gets cleaned. I took in a pair of white shirts to be laundered and pressed recently. They came back with stains on them. I figured it was me so I threw them away, and replaced them. I took the brand new shirts into them. They came back with the same type of stains on them...they were brand new (never worn previously). They said they would get the stains out and dryclean for free. The stains haven't come out. They are on round 3 of attempting to remove the stains. They've misplaced one of these shirts. These people are horribly incompetent and overall this place has gone from marginal to bad to horrible. Not worth the time, go somewhere elese

::Lost my suit jacket and they offered me $40 to replace. I would only recommend using this cleaners if you are looking to pay them to lose your clothes. Horrible place run by worthless people.

::Had shirts and suits cleaned here for over a year. Not bad laundry and pressing, worth the price for the random crease in the wrong place. All of a sudden, one set of 11 shirts came back with a pattern of three holes in the flat back of the shirts. They admitted they had an issue with a machine, but refused to do anything about their negligence on the shirts. 8 of the 11 shirts were destroyed, and all they offered was to refund the cleaning price. I wish they were cheap shirts, but they were Brooks Brothers. Horrible.

::There are more cleaners in Mclean than anyplace I have seen before. These folks are friendly and do a good job. The prices are reasonable. Be aware that they only accept cash. They lost a button on one of my shirts. They fixed it without charge even though their policy says they aren't responsible. I respect that.

::They lost my shirts and never got back to me. The manager does not listen. They promise they get back to you, but they don't. They need to cut down on the volume and take care of each shirt, pants as it was their own. They can be better if they wanted to. Sorry for this review, but you can not loose people's clothing.
