  Horrible Customer Service. They never showed up to the appointment because they "couldn't find parking"... Never bothered to tell me that they weren't coming.

  Our G E dishwasher came with a broken latch on the door. G E insists that they send a repairman from this company to come repair it. The appointment was scheduled for today between 12 and 3 . At two we called and they lied and said someone was on the way. At three they called and said they were not coming because they have to order the part. We are a three hour drive so there is no way they were on their way at two if they just realized at three they didn't have the part . So we wasted a day off due to their lies that they were coming . GE refuses to send someone local to fix the dishwasher or to repair it. I am not happy with G and G for jerking us around and I am not halos with GE and their lack of service or caring !

  Technician supposed to come between 10am and 1pm. Now it's almost 5pm and the guy didn't show up yet. Wasted a whole day waiting for him to show up. If I would be able to give 0 stars, I would. And this is before the technician even shows up.

  I see a lot of bad reviews for this company and I usually don’t write Any reviews but I thought I’ll share my opinion for this company as I was fortunate to have a good experience with them I had a problem with my washer that I only used for about 4 months it wouldn’t drain and kept making a buzzing noise. The technician named George gave us a call 30 minutes before our appointment and was very nice and respectful when he came he ordered 2 parts for the washer which was the only drag because we had to wait about a week but it was worth it because now our washer is fixed! Thank u g&g.

  It doesn't get much worse than this, folks. First off - I will say this...the individual local employee that I dealt with was great. These poor guys have no control over the horrendous service given by their main office in Queens and should not be the sounding board for your anger. Here's absolute proof that the G&G owners don't give two sh*ts about you: They have caller ID. When you call (and you can call 100 times and leave 100 messages - does not matter) they NEVER pick up the phone or answer the call or return your messages....EVER. HOWEVER - when you ask the manufacturer's corporation to call on your behalf (and they call the same exact number you call) -- Lo and behold! They answer the manufacturer's calls every time!! Why is this? Because they don't want to lose their contracts with the manufacturers! Because if they did, they'd be out of business in a month. If home depot (or whoever) tries to assign you to G&G for your appliance repair - tell them flat out that you want to work with ANYONE else besides them. If not, be prepared to experience the nightmare that the rest of us went through.
