::First and foremost, let me say this; the store is a clusterf*ck! It appears very unorganized and unprofessional. I try and look for a favorite album of my on vinyl at least once a week, and last week I decided to check this stores selection. All of the albums are NOT in the order of display, and the selection is small. I was really set on a specific album, so I decided to order it and have it shipped to this store. The young lady who helped me stated it would take up to a week to ship, and today's been a week. Now that part is NOT what upset me. What upset me was I was in the area and decided to drop by to get an ETA, and the SAME GIRL who helped me told me it'd take another week and that the two weeks is the usual time frame. Why would she tell me a week then change her answer?? If it doesn't get here before my birthday, which is in a little over a week, not only will I raise hell at the store I will never shop there again. Do not recommend this place as there are way more trustworthy places that take customer service and experience seriously.

::This store has a nice selection of pop! figures and shirts. Not too much into the records and music but they have 3 rows to select from.

::Started the vip backstage pass and was advised by the cashier that I would not be charged for it the first month. This was a lie, he clearly meant I would be charged $11.99 but upon cancellation would be refunded that same amount. Upon cancellation (over the phone with their call center), I was advised that everything initiated by the backstage pass (magazine subscriptions) would be cancelled as well. No...another fye employee lied and should have told me to contact the subscription provider to cancel with them as well. Due to being a packaged deal I was later charged $24, $19.50, and $14, by this company. Frauds..
