  Went to go trade dvds/Blurays and told me that they were backed up and wanted me to leave the movies for a week. ??????? I’ve been going to FYE for years and never heard of this? Just lazy staff. And the prices were high for used merchandise. The store itself is pretty big but the movie selection is limited. Won’t be coming back.

  Loved it. They have great rick and morty merch for cheap and great deals on shirts that are funny and i like they have buy one get one deals on shirts too its an awesome store highly recommend it employees have a great attitude dont hate their jobs.

  ANNIE- Such a great attitude and she was very helpful at checkout, it was nearing closing time but she couldn't have been sweeter. She looked out for me , big smile and hooked me up with the membership-gave me the extra info. Joked about music and my fondness for horror films haha Eddie was very helpful as well and informed me of the savings if I purchased another movie- Good for the store and I got another horror film for a dollar! Yay! Ive been going to this store more and more lately because everyone is always so friendly and the store is a lot better organized than the one closest to me. I drive the extra 15 minutes to get to this one and because of these great people here I will continue to do so. Thank you! Visited last night August 12th ;)

  So at Christmas time I went into store to buy a cd , the girl asked me if I wanted a card for discounts at fyi and I said Yes she did not tell me there was a fee and they charging my debit card every month without my permission
