::I agree with every one of these reviews!! This company is the WORST!! After a week of the runaround for my prescription renewal, I still do not have my medicine and its only a renewal for an override request for 2 days. Granted the classification on the medication has changed to "controlled" but my chief complaint is I started this process over 7 days ago. Got nothing but the "runaround"; my doctor faxed over 4 different faxes to them as each time they said they required more and more, which the docs gladly gave to them by fax as requested. Depending on who you talk to they either NEVER received the fax, gave you to a different dept, etc., etc. One rep actually told my pharmacist he had to call another number, which he did and the same person answered! When he addressed it to her, she hung up on him. I was standing there to see and hear the whole incident. At the same time, I had copies of all faxes and had the doc's nurse call about this and they told her that they were in possession of all 4 faxes and they were marked urgent! 2 hours later I called and it started all over again, they never received anything and I had to have the doctor's office fax over a request. Hopefully I can get this to the office of the CEO of Independence Blue Cross. I WILL NOT give up until I get their policy changed. I'm starting from the lowest and going to the top! Maybe this is why some people choose "street" drugs cause its easier and probably cheaper! In essence, its BIG PHARMA causing the drug problem in this country! I won't give up!! I only gave 1 star as it would not allow me to post without clicking on a star!

::VERY difficult to get medications. I've been using this service and I have problems almost EVERY month. Most recently, I was waiting for my medications to be delivered. I was not notified that my script required Prior Authorization and the medication sat there. Days later I called to check and was told I needed to call my Dr and have him call the pharmacy to initiate the Prior Authorization procedure. If there are any issues with medications they do not call or notify you so monitor the status closely online. When calling, I am usually transferred multiple times and the people answering the phones never have answers to my questions. This company is terrible. I had fantastic experiences with Express Scripts, wish my insurance would pay for that instead of Future Scripts. My advice is to use any mail order pharmacy other than Future Scripts.

::Only because I could not give zero stars. This company SUCKS. I am a Type 1 diabetic and have to now deal with these idiots? Great. Absolutely worthless and i have worked in the medical industry for many years. I hope the people responsible for this company get sick.
