She talks with you throughout the procedure so you're distracted from the fact you're getting a wax! I'm so commited I went to her at 8pm to have my eyebrows done before a party! Truly the best, a little expensive but absolutely worth it.

::BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I went as a first time customer yesterday. I came in last week and had a consultation with Cathy and made an appointment. She was SUPER knowledgeable about hair care and at first I was really nervous about going to an upscale hair salon. However, Cathy made me feel very comfortable. The salon itself has a very warming atmosphere and very clean setting. Cathy was quick and was careful. She paid close attention to not only what I wanted but what was best for my hair. Let's just say that I walked in with a nappy, green, mess and walked out with beautiful healthy hair. Long story short, if you want good quality service, spend the extra money and come to Fusion! See Ms. Cathy! She's personable, real, PROFESSIONAL and I already made my next appointment!
