::This place is the worst!! Ordered a full sized bed frame and platform from the scammer Michael. Michael and the company messed up my order twice and it nearly a month to deliver the items purchased. The customer service is terrible and only has one person named Mandy who picks up the phone. The delivery people were late and avoid notifying you when they are close by. Save your time and money and avoid this place!

::got my self a sofa bed So that when i have extra company they have a place to stay, and everyone of my guests only told me good things about it, but they dont even know the half of it, was looking for so long and couldnt find something that met my budget & had great quality!! loved the service also!! called me to let me know the status of my order and was there if i had any questions/concerns ( which i did not have) just a great experience and a very satisfied customer, recommend to all

::Horrible Bad Service! Don’t dare to purchase here! The Worst Furniture Store in Whole Staten Island. Regret Buying Dining Set. The Delivery Guys arrived the furniture and also set it up. They did a horrible job, the work was fast. All the chairs became loose. I called if they were able to fix it. I payed 60$ for delivery, horrible job,!! RUDE PEOPLE. THEY HANG UP ON YOU!! THEY’RE REFUSING TO COME AND FIX!! THEY ONLY HELPFUL WHEN YOU READY TO ORDER AND PAY.. ROBBERS SCAMMERS

::This place has a large selection of furniture and the prices are pretty good. The only thing about this company is how the deliveries are organized. Mandy was really nice and accommodating and she did what she could for me. The delivery guys are just doing their jobs; but I can see how previous customers can get annoyed with their service because deliveries are scheduled whenever it is convenient for the company, and not the customer. I am overall happy with my purschase, but then again, my schedule is somewhat flexible and I was fortunate enough to be able to leave my job a few hours early. The experience might not be a stress free one, but then again, we were still able to get the exact couch we wanted for about $300 less.
